About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Aaddinath Lakshya Education & Welfare Society, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. By using the website or donating, you agree to them.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary. The Society does not use a payment gateway: you pay directly to the Society's own bank account or UPI ID shown on the payment page, and then submit your payment reference.
• Pay only to accounts in the name of Aaddinath Lakshya Education & Welfare Society. The Society is not responsible for payments sent to any other account.
• A donation counts, and a receipt is issued, only after our team confirms the payment in the Society's bank account. The acknowledgement you see after submitting your payment reference is not a receipt.
• Unpaid pledges expire automatically after a set number of days.

Indian donors only

The Society currently accepts donations only from Indian citizens, from their own Indian funds. Please do not donate from a foreign source or a foreign bank account.

How donations are used

Donations to a campaign are used for that campaign's purpose. If a campaign raises more than it needs, or can no longer go ahead, the Society may use the money for its other registered aims.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Campaign progress shows only donations that have been verified.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false payment details, misuse our forms, or try to access the admin area without permission. The Society may refuse or return a donation at its discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
